Once dispatched, express deliveries take up to 3 business days and standard deliveries up to 9 business days within Australia. International orders can take up to 15 business days. Shipping delays can occur outside of our control if your order is taking too long, contact us at sales@gigachew.com.au

We have a 2 business day turnaround time. You will receive an email notification with a tracking link once your order has shipped. Note: orders will not be dispatched over weekend days due to Australia Post closures.

Once you receive your tracking number, allow some time for it to become active updates are not received until Australia Post first scans your parcel. If it has been more than two business days and still shows pending, please let us know at sales@gigachew.com.au

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please contact us urgently at sales@gigachew.com.au and we will contact the parcel provider on your behalf.

Sometimes our confirmation emails don't link the tracking correctly. If you didn't receive a tracking number, contact us at sales@gigachew.com.au and we will get it to you.

Please contact us immediately at sales@gigachew.com.au with photos showing the damage or missing items and we will sort it out for you straight away.

We ship internationally, however due to postage regulations some countries are outside of our reach. If your country isn't available at checkout, email us at sales@gigachew.com.au and we will see if we can assist.

Our gum is 100% natural so each nugget varies in size and shape. Due to this, each bag can contain anywhere between 50-60 pieces of gum.

This depends on how frequently you chew and whether you reuse pieces. If you chew a few times per week without reusing, one pack should last over a month. With daily use and reusing each piece up to 5 times, one pack gives you approximately 30 days.

As long as you like. Our gum does not break down or lose flavour, so you can chew it until your jaw can't take it anymore. Most people chew for 20-40 minutes per session.

We cannot advise on this. Our gum is quite hard and tacky if you have orthodontic equipment installed, please contact your dentist before chewing.

Mastic has a very nature-based flavour. Some say it tastes like pine, others describe it as earthy. It is a refreshing, clean flavour overall not overpowering, which is why it's pleasant to chew for long periods. Nothing like synthetic mint gum.

Use it however you like. We recommend using it to carry small amounts of gum in your gym bag or pocket. It's also ideal for storing a chewed piece between sessions the resin hardens when it cools, so you can pop it in the tin and it'll be ready to chew again.
